Our farm is a space to gather, grow, and reconnect with what truly matters. Whether you visit for a weekend, a riding lesson, a school day, or a celebration, we want you to feel something different here: calm, care, and a slower rhythm of life.
Originally from Italy, Dili moved to the United States in 2015 with a love for her homeland that still shines through in everything she does. After seven years in Orlando, Dili and her husband Pete, who hails from the east coast of Australia, knew they were ready for a different pace of life. They wanted to get back to the roots of what really matters: family, nature, and connection.
Their dream to raise their children surrounded by animals, fresh air, and open space came true when they found Bella Terra Hills. What began as a bold new chapter quickly turned into a place of peace, growth, and joyful discovery.
Together, Dili and Pete have embraced the rhythms of farm life as they learn from the land, grow closer as a family, and welcome others into the experience. Pete brings his love of horse riding, dirt bikes, and hands-on farm work to life through guided tours of the property. Dili is passionate about creating meaningful moments for guests, and envisions Bella Terra Hills as a place for connection and community.
Their greatest hope is that this land offers others the same joy, peace, and purpose it’s given their family. Welcome to Bella Terra Hills—a place to disconnect and truly reconnect.

Bella Terra means “beautiful land,” and that’s exactly what we’ve found here- nestled on 360 acres of rolling hills, forest, and open pastureland. Once home to a thriving racehorse breeding operation and the birthplace of the 2005 Bellamy Road winner. Today, the land includes over 200 acres of pastures, two ponds, and more than a mile of horse riding trails. Red and Black Angus cattle roam the fields, and our petting zoo is home to Kune Kune pigs and chickens. Kids can explore the treehouse, climb the nets, and fly on two ziplines. Once a quiet piece of untouched countryside, this land now thrives as a space for simple joys, animals to roam, people to disconnect, and children to learn.
Native Florida wildlife thrives here, including gopher tortoises, foxes, bobcats, deer, and fox squirrels. You might spot sandhill cranes, egrets, hawks, owls, woodpeckers, eagles, wild turkeys, and great blue herons. The land’s rich biodiversity reflects the healthy ecosystem we’re proud to care for. Our vision is rooted in connection—between land, people, and purpose. From scenic trails to treehouses and ziplines, Bella Terra Hills is a place for exploration, wonder, and meaningful experiences. Our land honors its roots while welcoming new stories every day.
Rooted in nature and built with care, Bella Terra Hills invites you to come as you are. Your time here will bring joy, peace, and a sense of belonging.
